A small church is under construction outside of the apartment block where Vrej’s family are currently living

Vahagn Hovanisyan was badly wounded in the Artsakh war and upon his return to Yerevan had to undergo several surgeries that were life threatening. More than one year on he is still under medical attention and needs treatment to make it possible for him to walk again properly and resume normal life or even start working again

Ashot Ashotyan was wounded badly during the Artsakh war and had to be returned to Yerevan for urgent medical attention and treatment in order to get back to normal life. He currently lives with his grandparents

Aram Manukyan joined the Artsakh War with his patriotic attitude to defend and protect our homeland, but he lost his life and his body was never found, leaving behind a loving wife and his children, two teenage daughters and his little son

Vahagn Africyan was a proud father of two sons before joining the Artsakh war, after which he never returned home, leaving a widowed wife and his two sons fatherless, defending our land protecting our freedom

Rouben Simonyan was taken hostage during the Artsakh war for months by the enemy forces, who inflicted upon him and his fellow Armenian soldiers hours of torturous mental discomfort and interrogations. He was amongst the first 44 soldiers who were finally released

We received a letter of help from Armine Khachatryan with regards their family’s living condition and her son’s medical treatment needs. To which we, myself (Zareh Martiross & Nelli Minasyan), responded with our assistance.

Armine said: We found ourselves hungry due to lack of food, because of the 44-day war in Artsakh. My father and sister took part in the war. We live for rent in a very difficult condition. The family consists of 6 people. I am a single mother and I have a minor son, 4 years old. I will be grateful for the support of my kind and compassionate family.

My son David has a lung infection, for which he gave an analysis, took some medicine for a century, because I cannot continue the treatment, I do not know how much treatment he will need. He also has haemorrhoids. Please help kind people to take care of my son’s needs. 28.03.2022
